Returns

Everything we sell is final sale. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please read the sizing before you order, and ask us if you are unsure. We would rather answer a question than take your money for something that does not fit.
The short version
- All sales are final.
- Faulty or wrong item: we fix it. Always, at our cost.
- Cancel before it ships and we refund you in full.
- Ask us about sizing before you order.
Why
These are small runs, made in one batch and usually not repeated. There is no warehouse and no returns desk behind this. A single garment going out and coming back costs more than the margin on it, so a lenient policy would mean fewer runs. Final sale is how the club keeps making things. Plus, we're probably watching Esther Kahn so it's hard to pay attention to anything else.
Before you order
Check the measurements on the product page. If you are between sizes or not sure how a piece runs, message us at @deepcinemafilmclub and we will tell you straight, including when the honest answer is to size up or skip it.
Faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is simply not what you ordered, send us a photo on Instagram within 14 days of delivery. We cover return postage and either replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Normal wear, washing damage and the small irregularities that come with screen printing and embroidery are not faults. Print placement may vary by a few millimeters between garments.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under California law in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
Cancelling an order
If you message us before your order ships, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has left, it is final.
International
We ship worldwide. Shipping and any tax are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country, are not included in what you pay us, and are not something we can refund. Refusing a parcel to avoid them is not a return.
Where the consumer law of your country gives you rights we cannot contract out of, those rights stand regardless of anything on this page.
